Uzoma Onyegbadue is a development communication and chartered public Relations Practitioner with proficiency in mix-media communication research with cross cutting experience of over 24 years in social and behavioral change communication.  He served as a member of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations for Six (6) years He holds Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from University of Benin, Post graduate Diploma and Masters of Business Administration (PGD & MBA) from University of Nigeria Nsukka, Masters in International Affairs and Strategic Studies from the Nigerian Defence Academy, Completed Masters of Science degree studies in Mass Communication from Nasarawa State University, Keffi.

Uzoma’s exposure to development projects, processes, policies and procedures, traverse direct government funded projects and donor/development partner funded efforts. His proficiency in rendering responsive proposals and reporting saw to the execution of several services for projects funded by the World Bank, African Development Bank, European Union, the Centre for Disease Control of the United States Government.

As a task team lead/communication specialist for Neew Consult, we successfully led and executed the World Bank Assisted National Urban Water Sector Reform Project of the Federal ministry of Water Resources, the communication needs assessment, communication audit, and strategy formulation as well as action plan. As managing Team Leader of a compact consulting firm, Logicomm Network Nigeria Limited, we were able to build the capacity of the organization towards attracting patronage of our services from the Centre for Disease Control of the United States government. We had DUNS registration for services and executed blanket purchase agreements that yielded services on a monthly basis for provision of logistics in training workshops for Health workers pan-Nigeria for over 4 years beginning from year 2008.

Experience in procurement procedures and policies of donor agencies was employed in the solicitation and attraction of European Union Assisted Small Town Water Supply and Sanitation Programme communication consultancy of the Federal Ministry of Water Resources, as well as the World Bank funded Youth Employment and Social Safety Operations Communication Based Assessment for the Federal Ministry of Finance.
